The Swiss Paraplegic Group (SPG) is a global and unique network of services that provides for the comprehensive rehabilitation of people living with spinal cord injuries – from the scene of the accident or the diagnosis of a disease until the end of the patients’ lives. The SPG offers services in four key areas: Solidarity, Medicine, Education, research, innovation and Integration and lifelong assistance.

Sirmed
We train medical professionals and first-aiders to provide the best possible care for emergency patients. As a higher technical college (HF), we train paramedics and transport paramedics.

Digital assistive technologies for more participation and independence in everyday life. Our solutions help to communicate in a more self-determined manner, to work more independently and to live in a barrier-free environment.
