Master Program

In collaboration with the

, Swiss Paraplegic Research (SPF) assumes an important role in academic education and training.

In the fall of 2013, the first

of its kind in Health Sciences in Europe was launched. The program is based on a comprehensive understanding of health, functioning and disability. It sheds light on the topic of health from an interdisciplinary perspective and follows a biopsychosocial approach. Integrated in this approach are health-related, psychological-behavioral and social science perspectives.

The focus areas are health economics and policy, health communication, health and social behavior, health services research and health data science. SPF provides internship placements for 20 students. This enables them to write their master theses within research teams.
