Neuropsychology at the Centre for Pain Medicine
Clinical neuropsychology is primarily concerned with diagnosing and treating the cognitive and psychological impairments caused by organic brain damage.
Some of our cognitive functions include:
- Attention
- Learning and memory
- Perception
- Executive functions (e.g. planning, problem solving, action control, etc.)
- Linguistic and mathematical skills
- Social cognition
