Walking and standing aids
From safe standing to supported walking
People with mobility problems, physically weak people and people with balance problems can be given a walking aid that supports them and offers security whether they are walking short or long distances.
Standing aids are used for people with paralysis. Standing up every day helps train the circulatory system, supports the emptying of the upper urinary tracts, has a positive effect on osteoporosis prevention and is particularly important in the prevention of contractures. Standing training is performed using free-standing bars and standing tables.

Walking sticks
Safely supportedWalking sticks or crutches provide short-term assistance in taking pressure off an injured foot, knee or hip. However, they also help to maintain balance and to compensate for muscle weakness. In the process, some or all of the body weight is transferred to the wrists, arms and shoulders. This makes it particularly important that the stick is optimally adjusted and, if it is to be used in the longer term, that it is equipped with the correct handles, rubber pads and seasonally-dependent equipment.
Rollator
The mobile walking aidThe rollator helps people with mobility issues and physical weakness as a constant aid when walking and can be complemented with accessories such as a transport basket, umbrella, clamp for walking sticks, etc. And when the rollator is not being used, it can be folded up to save space using its practical folding mechanism.
