As is the case for all internet service providers, our second-hand page is often misused by fraudsters trying to obtain details of customers and accounts. It goes without saying that we do everything within our power to prevent attempted fraud. Please help us by observing our safety tips.

Watch out for potential buyers who are unable to pick up the merchandise themselves and wish to use a delivery service (such as Swiss Post or DPD) to handle the delivery and payment process, even if they send a photo of themselves including a passport.
Be wary of exceedingly high purchase offers. Please be realistic about interests in purchases that are in another language or even from another country. Who actually pays more than the asking price?

Looking to place an advertisement?

Generally speaking, we are happy to publish offers from our customers and the members/benefactors of the Swiss Paraplegic Foundation. If you meet one of the conditions, we will place your advertisement on our second-hand page free of charge. Otherwise, we will not be able to honour your request.

Please note that your e-mail address will also be published. If this is not acceptable for you, then it will be virtually impossible for you to post an advertisement with us.
You must also clarify whether another entity (Invalidity Insurance, other insurance or foundation) has contributed to the financing. If yes, any arrangement must be reported for devices less than five years old.
We will keep advertisements active for at least six months and if we have not heard from you by then, we will delete the advertisement. Please inform us before the deadline if you would like to extend the time the advertisement is active for. It may be possible to reactivate it under certain conditions (possibly at a cost).
