We advise, accompany and support patients and their relatives in both the inpatient and outpatient setting and work out individual solutions together. Interdisciplinary collaboration is important here, both in the inpatient and outpatient setting. It goes without saying that patient privacy and data protection are of paramount importance throughout.

- Support in determining what benefits an individual may be entitled to under various types of insurance
- Assistance and support during discussions with insurers
Financing
- Clarification with regard to eligibility for financial contributions towards aids, structural adaptations and various needs
- Submission of applications for benefactor-funded compensation, welfare benefits, etc.
- Assistance with legal matters (family law, labour law, tenancy law, aspects of child and adult protection such as advance directives, etc.)
- Organisation of general powers of attorney, attestation of signatures, etc.
- Advice on matters of social security law
Legal matters
- Support in the event of legal issues
- Involvement of legal experts where necessary, particularly with regard to matters of liability
Housing
- Help finding private and/or assisted living accommodation (shared apartments, care homes, temporary solutions, respite care, etc.)
Post-inpatient care and nursing
- Establishing initial contacts as well as organising and holding coordination meetings with nursing and care staff and organisations, institutions, specific advice services, internal and external experts, etc.
